Less is better: underfed rats live much longer...
in the 1930s, cornell unversity nutritionist clive mccay discovered that underfed rats live longer than others...

By cutting their calories intake by 30% and balancing their diet, the rats survive about 40% longer

The technique works in fish, fleas, and possibly in monkeys too -- reearchers at the University of Wincosin and the National Institute of Aging

Underfed technique--> keeps animals health, largely free of agina aliments like cancer and heart diseases, they stay strong and energetic and even keep more fur

Reaserachers suspect that this effect -> builtin biological switch (sets of gene that can delay ageing)
